    • Where do you ship to currently?

    We currently can ship to anywhere in Canada.

    • Can I place an order over the phone?

    Yes. Please have your part numbers ready. If you are unsure of what your exact needs are, you can call for advisement by one of our technical staff.

    • How long will it take to receive my order?

    If the item is in stock at one of our locations, it should ship within 24 hours of the order being placed. Out of stock items will have the estimated date of shipment stated on the confirmation. You may also call or email to ask for a projected delivery date.

    • Do you sell gift certificates?

    At this time we do not offer any gift certificates.

    • Will I be charged sales tax?

    Yes, you will be charged HST based on your jurisdiction.

    • Can I finance my purchase?

    At this time North Ray Safety Supplies  does not offer a financing option for purchases.

    • Are there shipping charges?

    Free shipping in Ontario.

    • I never received an order confirmation?

    Please submit an inquiry via email – we will gladly resend your email confirmation.

    • Do I need to sign for my delivery?

    No, we do not require a signature upon delivery. If you would like to set up a signature upon delivery, please email us at and we would be happy to accommodate.

    • What if my order is damaged upon delivery?

    If your order is damaged upon delivery, please call or email us and we will gladly help you.

    • What if my equipment is defective or requires repair?

    This depends on the item. North Ray Safety Supplies is a warranty repair facility for most major brands. Warranties are subject to manufacturer warranty (can vary from supplier to supplier).

    • Can I ship my order to an address other than my billing address?

    We are capable of shipping to almost any address within Canada. If there is an issue with your shipping location, we will contact you.

    • Where do I send product returns?

    We will be in contact to instruct on what the return process entails.
